SERVICE: The restaurant staff are the most gracious, kind, helpful, interested, attentive group I have ever experienced. They clearly love what they do, from the servers to the chefs to the guest services coordinator Lisa. That passion is evident in every aspect of the meal and the experience.
FOOD: Show up hungry, because every dish is meant to be a table-top tour of the Swiss countryside- and you'll see some pretty amazing stuff.
