Dr. O'Neal performed a breast augmentation surgery on my wife and I must say I am very impressed…read more He did a great job explaining all the options available during her consultation visit and never pressed us to make a decision on one option. The surgery went well and the results are amazing. My wife was worried about having "weird" looking breasts but Dr. O'Neal's work look natural or as my wife says, they point where they are supposed to. Would recommend to anyone.

Couldn't get a hold of anyone over the phone so had to go in. Jolee helped me. She got on phone with customer service to request a refund. Well they were giving her a hard time. They told her I'd have to email them my bank statement to get a refund. But I wasn't guaranteed my money back. Well I know that if it were some one or someplace else they would have given me the email address and tell me the same nonsense that was told to her. NO, Instead she insisted the situation be handled differently. I guess you could say "she had my back". She wasn't rude to them she just stated that it was wrong and that I shouldn't have to go thru all that drama. She got their franchise director on the phone and he apologized and said he would mail me a check. Thank you Jolee!!!!

I researched both locally and out of State, I landed on the Wall Center and I am so happy I did! Dr. Holly Wall as well as her entire staff were overwhelmingly welcoming and nurturing. They made me feel completely comfortable in such a vulnerable situation. For people that come from out of town like myself they have recovery suites that are like a 5 star hotel with 24 hour nursing care. I never wanted to check out! I also had both Cool Sculpting and Laser Hair removal procedures done at the Jade Meda Spa within the Wall Center. Ms. Denise Giddens did both. After a short period of time with Denise, she had me laughing hysterically. I would highly recommend asking for her! She had me completely feeling at ease. I am about two weeks into my recovery and Dr. Holly is still checking in with me and ensuring that I am healing up nicely. She really cares for her patients. I am LOVING my results and can see a world of difference in my self confidence and self image. I highly suggest going to the Wall Center for Plastic Surgery. They are a family there and it shows.

Every time I walk into her pristine and beautifully decorated office space I feel instantly at ease and like I'm being taken care of by family! That feeling alone is worth its weight in gold with Shreveport being challenging to find good places for waxes. I have come to Lori for about a year now (roughly every 4wks) for a Brazilian wax and she makes what can be an extremely awkward experience a breeze! Her pricing is VERY fair and honestly it's the best deal I have ever had. You definitely get your money's worth and Lori goes above and beyond to make sure you leave happy. I have yet to try any of Lori's cosmetics procedures but I feel completely assured that when I do I can trust Lori to take care of me. Anywho, I thought I would use on the brow bar at Ulta for a brow tint and wax. Now, I'm very particular about my brows and have been burned by some past "brow waxers". Julie was my stylist and everything was super clean and sanitized. You could tell she knew what she was doing. BTW, it may not matter to most but I appreciate not talking during beauty services. My job involves a lot of talking and I appreciate Julie just being focused on doing her job well and not trying to have a full blown convo with me. It took about 20 minutes and when she handed me the mirror, baby I couldn't believe how beautiful and natural my brows were. Witchcraft yo! Shoutout to Julie at the Benefit Brow/Ulta at Regal Court!

I signed up as a new patient, they got the birth year wrong then couldn't find me in their system…read more My first visit was exam and x-rays. I asked and was informed all services were covered. I then received a $73.00 bill for x-rays. Dentist Ashley Horton spent about two minutes with her "exam" hopping between me and two other patients. I got a proposal for extraction and partial. I call my plan provider to reference dental codes and costs. All their dental codes were wrong. ADA codes begin w/letter D, theirs began w/number 0. Two hours and a three-way call later, I finally figured out costs. They don't send cost predeterminations. My extraction appointment was a disaster. Horton didn't have the strength to pull the tooth, cut it in half, then jacked the halves back and forth for forever, finally getting them out. Before the extraction, I tried to discuss the partial type, she didn't have the time and didn't care to listen. Profit before patient care, same as it ever was, this place is no different. I cancelled all future appointments. A good dentist and good dental organization are hard to find.
