Extremely bad experience in this store! Waste two days! Do not recommend foreigners to buy things in this store because they seem to be not frendly. Refuse to help the foreigner actively, but just rejected and canceled my order. I ordered something on the website and the traveled to Lille to pickup my stuff. There might be the language barrier, but the great irony is that they think I flew half the earth and came to Lille to cancel my order! When I call the customer service, I was told the order can not be validated, even all the products is already in a bag before me. The next day when I came to the store as appointed with the customer service at 5pm, I was told I need to wait for around 1 hour. I stood outside for 1 hour in such a hot day. When I came back 1 hour later, I was told it should be at least 3 hours before I can pick up my products. They are close at 7:30. I contacted the customer service again, I was told I have to pick up my products in another Sephora in Lille the next day. My credit card was charged twice! read more
