Today, I decided to try the Koren version of Japanese sushi.
My dad and I had the Bulgogi Kimbab and the Salad Kimbab. The first thing I noticed was that it was very crunchy. Maybe that was because of the vegetables in it. If in sushi everything you taste is mild and subtle, in the Korean kind the tastes just explode in your mouth. And it's good. It's very good. We even bought another order to bring home.
Aside from their kimbab, they also have ramen, rice and soups. They have combo meals which consist of ramen plus a kimbab and many other options. The prices are reasonable especially because the place is clean and the ingredients they use are fresh. read more
