Could these guys be any easier to work with? No. Could they…read morecreate any better of a product? No. Blane & his team are absolutely amazing! I was hooked after our first phone conversation. I immediately knew this was the team I wanted to work with. Our website was lacking in character & now it looks amazing. With Ryan & Blane's vision we now have a fully functioning modern website. We are going to start working with the digital team from Social Eyes and I can't wait to meet that side of their company. If it is half as fun & easy as it was to work with Ryan we are in for a treat! THANK YOU for all your hard work!

When a business is thriving, it usually isn't looking for a marketing agency. I reached out to…read moreSocial Eyes because my business is struggling in a struggling industry, and I was hoping that professional marketing could help generate the revenue my small business desperately needs. I'm a one-man operation. I handle every aspect of my business myself. When you're spending money that isn't coming in, hiring another business and trusting that they'll help is a leap of faith that doesn't come easily. Communication is critical in a relationship like this, and unfortunately, that's where I feel Social Eyes failed. Our first meeting was full of strategy, optimism, and a clear game plan. During the first month, I tried not to panic and trusted the process. The steps seemed to be: Collect the initial payment. Make minor changes to my existing logo. Build a landing page and an online menu for my services. Launch a Google Ads campaign. This is where the problems began. No one explained that Google Ads charges are commonly flagged as fraudulent by some banks. When my bank sent me a fraud alert, I froze my account and canceled my debit card. Since my bank is based in Beaverton, Oregon, with no local branches, it took 10 days to receive a replacement card. During that time, my Google Ads stopped running because payment couldn't be processed. No one contacted me to let me know the ads had stopped or helped me resolve the issue. I didn't find out until it was time for Social Eyes to collect their next payment. From my perspective, I was left wondering why I wasn't seeing any ads, calls, or inquiries while precious time was slipping away. That was just the first 30 days. During the second month, I raised concerns about being able to see what was happening in the Google Ads account so I could understand the campaign's performance and make informed decisions. Dutch told me I would receive weekly reports. Four weeks later, I had received exactly zero reports. By the end of the second month, I still wasn't seeing ads, calls, leads, or any indication that the campaign was gaining traction. More importantly, I wasn't receiving the communication I expected from a company I was paying to help grow my business. As I sit here writing this review, I'm surrounded by the choices that brought me to this point. The money I invested in this service could have kept my business going for another couple of months while I explored other options. Maybe the outcome would have been the same regardless. Maybe my business was already facing an uphill battle. I don't blame Social Eyes for my business decisions. I do blame them for the lack of communication, transparency, and follow-through. Outside of collecting payments, I rarely felt informed about what was happening, what was working, what wasn't, or what the next steps should be. If you're considering hiring Social Eyes, my advice is simple: make sure you clearly define communication expectations upfront, insist on regular reporting, and verify that you're able to monitor your campaigns throughout the process.

Terrible service. Signed up for their "premier" (most expensive website) and have not heard from…read morethem since. I have to constantly call and email multiple times before hearing from someone and typically their response is something like "Well I can not give you a time frame but I assure you we are working on it." I was promised 3-4 weeks time frame when I gave them my $600 and now it is going on 5 weeks and I have not even seen a rough draft of the site and I can get no feedback. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! *edit as of 11/13/14* I am indeed a real customer and have the invoices and emails to prove it to anyone who would like to see them prior to doing business with this company. Tom has reached out to me and asked how much it would cost for me to remove my bad review. I explained my review was not a negotiation tool for money, but rather a caution for everyone who was thinking of doing business with this company based on my experience. It took him nearly 3 and a half years to reach out to me and try to rectify this situation.... Which speaks volumes as to his companies performance and care for their customers. I would do a simple google search of "key design websites" prior to doing business with these people and let the reviews speak for themselves.

I have always had full access to make my own changes and enjoyed that ability. The new website is still a Word Press website but certainly more complex and capable of doing so much more... I have resigned myself to now realize I need to let Key Design make the changes I want to make to the website. Primarily because with the upgraded Word Press, it is a little more complicated but looks fantastic! I need to mention Tina who is just great as well as Sarah and Rachael who are the hardest workers and accept a challenge when proposed by me. They have always come through with original ideas and great graphics to help describe my business. Special thanks to Tom and Sandy co-owners of Key Design Website for hiring the right talent and developing a close knit group who are just as concerned about how your business operates as you do... More importantly overseeing the operation so that their company actually benefits your company. That is what it is all about! How will the public view my business? Can Key Design actual get the information I am trying to say into every possible consumer who is looking to buy or lease a new car? This is my newest challenge I have proposed to all of them. Let us see how they will answer this challenge? Edward Juliano Managing Partner LEASE4LESS DBA PERSONAL CAR NEGOTIATOR
