    Service Requested: I hired Noble PA Group to help with my hurricane damage. I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK…read moreONCE from my PA, JS. I have requested his response over and over. I requested this in an emergency situation, once. Nothing back from the people who I hired to represent me! I wrote to the managers many times and heard from A.C. twice, by very short temporary text. I had to call my Insurrance agent to deal with my emergency situation. He contacted Noble to respond back to me. No respnse as of this date. My Portal had fabrications in it, that I can prove an error. All making them look good. As a retired educator, I am shocked that these actions are allowed. Quality: In my opinion.....Those of us who go through an incident where we are forced to HIRE (to work for us) a Business like Noble, sure hope we are going to hire someone who is working in our best interest. Read your coontract over and over and over! Make yourself aware of Fllorida Statutes. Most of us are trusting and believing . Please do not be taken in like I was. I have absolutely no idea how they were able to acrue so many 5 star ratings. They certainly do not get that from me. I am giving them 2 stars "out of the goodness of my heart." There is only one person (though noone I am supposed to be hearing from) who is responding. Thank you D. Value: In my opinion......If you have suffered a significant amount of damage, as I did,, my advice is to hire someone else to be your advocate. . I have asked to be relieved from my contract, with no financial reprocussions from me. No visible work on their part. No communication on their part. No response. Tehnically, giving a client the cold shoulder is called emotional abuse, and a way to control the situation.....and I am a senior citizen. In my opinion, they are doing nothing for my claim, and what they say they are doing, sems to be a fabrication on their part.. I am not allowed to get into my portal to see what has been written any more, because I called them on the error of fact. They keep changing my password and not sending me the proper link that has it. Hence, they can say they tried. I call that highly suspect! Why would someone hire someone to work for them, to be paid a percentage of your payout from insurance, if they are not working for YOUR behalf and in your best interest? I am kept in the dark. EXTREMELY STRESSFUL AND DISAPPOINTING. In My Opinion, after much research, and uncovering Florida statutes that were, in my opinion, brought to their attention, (be advised that your contract is governed by Florida Law, no matter the state you are in) it would be better for both Noble and me to amicably walk away from each other. In my opinion, that would be the admirable thing to do on their part. Don't walk toward them and get trapped , as I did.
