Although Hexis USA does not distribute direct anymore. I continue to work with them as a vendor so that I can supply the films to the sign and car industry. Vorada is always just an email or phone call away and he is quick to act on any questions or concerns that I may have. The customer service is wonderful, because what you get is someone who cares about what they provide and wants it to be the best for the people who use it. Thanks HEXIS for your great products!

Do yourself a favor, avoid this place. Purchased gold chrome wrap material for a project. After…read morefinishing the wrap install on fenders and doors, I began cutting a 76 in pc off the 49 in roll for the trunk. After doing so I saw two indentures / marks that ran perfectly parallel to each other. I proceded to apply since in my experience some of those marks go away with heat and by now the material was cut off the roll so there was no going back. After applying film the marks were still there so I proceeded to contact David, my sales rep. It sounded like everything was going to be taken care of, but I soon found otherwise. Warranty and overall customer service is at its worst. They state that they only sell full rolls so they can't cut a piece to replace the one I need. I'm curious, if a client has his bumper peeling off, would I have to remove all the film on the vehicle and return everything and get a new roll? Truly, I wouldn't mind, but then would Hexis reimburse for time / money lost? David my sales rep also stated that the warranty was voided since I installed a defectice film. The defective film was defective regardless and I have the excess pieces that were cut off to prove it. But even though the employees Dani and David already know this, they don't seem to want to do anything else but turn their back. There are a lot more details about this entire situation that I don't need to specify... I think you get the point. This place is a waste of time. Will continue waiting to see if they even bother looking at the defective material. They dont seem concerned about receiving a sample of their defective film. A normal business would learn from this error to be a productive business. Hiding or going around issues isn't going to get this place anywhere. On top of all this, the number one rule, "The customer is always right." P.S. FELLERS is the place to go!!!! They take care of issues instantly, even if defective material was installed.
