this review is regarding risher roofing out of kingston, tn 865-399-5826 but soon to be in monroe…read morecounty area..... hello and where do i start, recently our home had some shingles torn off due to high winds and rain. we spoke to one person and the initial outta pocket was a bit steep. at first we considered a metal roof vs a shingle roof but after speaking with "keith" from risher roofing and what they could offer with warranties etc .... it was a no brainer .... keith start us dow the road to get a new roof shingles and we were very impressed with his information provided and we chose to select his firm for the repairs and replacement. without batting an eye within 48 hours there were new roof shingles completed on our home. this home was just purchased in sept of 2024 and i still cannot understand why the home inspector never noticed this and or never put it in his report that the shingles were deteriorated and needed to be replace. that company was a fly by night, but risher roofing was just the opposite, no high pressure sales pitch just a man that knew what he was talking about and only gave us option(s) and we made our decision and shazam, now we have a new roof just in time for storms coming in this weekend 3-15-2025. having been a little informed from the past growing up people need to understand that if you dont know what the person is saying ask, this guy holds no hidden agenda that we experienced and only related information (much) of what i had heard of in the past, like under-layment, ridge caps, etc .....but dont worry if you dont know just ask them and he will explain it so you can understand. mr. keith russell was outstanding and it takes allot for me to say that because im not a push over.... in fact i would be more then willing to let risher use this home as an example of their work and their crews.....there were a few things inside that cam apart mostly because the manufacture most likely use glue to hold things in place and not staples on some corner molding etc .....and too me that was expected, after all they were replacing and roof, the crew got here and at 0730 am in the dark they started shortly after noon they were done, just amazing the work the crew did on this job . i will be attaching some pictures but if anyone has any questions drop me a note i will reply with an honest answer on how to contact "keith russell" the only number off the business card is attached also. now there is an eail address and that is krussell.risherroofing@gmail.com, t=he and his firm were very responsive to direct questions and becuase they were not hiding anything is was easy for them to answer the questions..... .......before you sign on a dotted line give these guys a chance to en-lighten you what they offer .... it is well worth the time .....

He didn't check all the things that had been "fixed". He was difficult to get a hold of - even text. He yelled at one of us and was outright hostile over the phone and accusatory. We have *never* encountered someone so awful in all of our years and purchasing and renovating properties. He demanded more pay and higher than anyone else. Had we known what we know now, we would have never done that to ourselves - choosing a primadonna home inspector w anger issues and high price tag. No thank you.
