One particular anecdote, when we were filing taxes last year (2024), I actually made a mistake in reporting how much estimated taxes I have paid over the year to IRS. Because of this, we miscalculated and were fined $1000 by IRS. Thai was quick enough to give a call to IRS and ask them for a waiver on the penalties since it was our first time, and he was able to get that waived off for us.
