I have two houses with their security system in them and have had nothing but problems with the equipment. In most cases - I've had to pay for the service trip even though it was due to the equipment they put in my homes. I have paid my bill every quarter and it cost me more than $500 dollars to cancel service with them (which I paid). They hide behind their fine print in the contract and hook you to a lengthy service term that auto-renews. I understand fine print exists in most contracts...but 5 years is extremely excessive. Good customer service should prompt them to inform the customer their term is up for renewal. I would've greatly appreciated a call so I could determine if I'm willing to commit to another lengthy term or month/month. Do not use this company.

When you call to have batteries replaced (which we had found we can easily do ourselves but then the system never resets properly and they have to charge you to come out ANYWAY) and the technician doesn't even COME with batteries....that's a tell tale sign that this company will only survive with it's shady practice of putting an automatic renewal in it's contract, and they will NOT tell you about it, so please, if you have this company, read your contract !
