They have a cafe/juice bar, saunas next to the locker rooms, lockers, communal showers in the the locker rooms, two separate areas for dance, yoga, pilates, martial arts, spinning classes etc. I pay about €50 a month for unlimited access without time restrictions. It's a bit pricey, but I like this gym. I paid €25 for registration, but it wasn't just to put my picture in the system with my data, I also got a 2 hour session with one of the competent, knowledgable and friendly trainers who made a fitness plan with me and printed it out. They keep the plan there so you can pick it up when you arrive and never forget to take it with you. They use an electronic scanning system for access to the gym which is a thumb-sized keychain with a chip in it. The trainers and employees are very nice and professional and the clientele is decent. All in all, it's a bit pricey but worth it.

Hello fitness lovers, I would not recommend this gym because:…read more- Administrative chaotic (Mrs. Jaime is a very unfriendly staff I have ever seen!) - The access key does not always work, you usually have to ask the staff to open the entrance. - Nothing is done with problems and complaints - Do not adhere to the conditions of their website, be careful! - Not too much equipment in the gym. - It's really all about money. High price and low service !! So, don't waste time and money. There are many gyms or sports schools in the city of Amsterdam.

It's a clean and simple set up, with tables separated by heavy curtains in a long room. Don't expect a spa. The masseuses don't chat beyond asking about the pressure and are competent, always delivering a hard, consistent, deep tissue relaxing massage. I recommend the 60 minute massage for € 45. I call ahead of time and make an appointment. You can walk in but you may have to wait. It can get busy at times. I always leave in a euphoric state, stumbling onto my bike with a grin. It's always a consideration when I have some extra coin in my hands.

I won't be able to give a fair review yet on this hospital until I have a few more meetings with…read morethem. So for now, I will just grade them in the middle. One of my doctors referred me to VU to with my issue because supposedly they are more experience in that area, compared to other hospitals. So we will see what steps they will take or if I will get the run around in a month here too. The doctor I encountered here spent an extensive time period with me in discussing my medical case, so hopefully after she reviews my medical records, I won't experience any nonsense, and then I can proceed to receiving some serious treatment asap. The infrastructure of the hospital reminds me somewhat of UCLA, which appears to be a plus on the surface. I really hate that I did not get surgery here or at St. Lucas, because then I would not be in this predicament. Well I am praying that I can get some real results done here, because chronic pain is not a pleasant situation to be in. If you intend on getting surgery or any serious diagnosis, then I would by past half of the hospitals in Amsterdam, and stop in here first. So you can walk in and come out safe.

The exhibit features plastinated human bodies and organs and is organized by system. It really puts things in perspective--it is absolutely WILD to see how many blood vessels are in your feet, for example. Alongside the bodies and organs themselves are clear descriptions that include information about them--for instance, we can see a comparison of a healthy brain next to one that is affected by dementia. We can see what a joint replacement looks like inside the body. You can see the difference between a smoker's lungs and a non-smoker's lungs, the difference between a healthy liver and one with cirrhosis, and what the insides of arteries look like. It's really wild, and woven throughout are reminders of how our bodies and our choices can contribute to our happiness,

There is a pricy little bar area and not sure how you pay for things with no pockets or phone. Yes, your phone does not work here, no reception, which is a good thing I suppose. Lots of little rooms to slip into or showers. The hot tub is crowded and I there was only one when I was last there. Lockers are small and crowded too. It is very popular after the last train at night because guys go here to "hang out" since the bars may be closed and waiting for the next train. Definitely worth a visit if you're up for this kind of thing. I'm
