I've only been practicing Jiu Jitsu for a short amount of time, but I've taken enough martial arts over the years to recognize a good instructor and Mr. S is a great one. I really cannot commend the format of the adult Jiu Jitsu class enough. 45 minutes of technique followed by 45 minutes of rolling is not only a great workout, but gives enough time to really drill the techniques and then actually apply it during rolls.
