I tried it...the tofu was so soft on the inside, silken, but perfectly fried to give it some texture on the outside. His veggies in the dish were also perfect, not over cooked and all obviously fresh (I've see canned ingredients at some places in PR before). The noodles were a thin type and had a light seasoning on them. It's a casual dining place, and parking in this neighborhood can be a little tricky. We parked to the east in a lot for $5. It's a family run business, we saw 3 generations in the shop. They spoke Spanish, English, and I'm guessing at least one Asian language. Very friendly service, and clean inside.
