We recently purchased a bike for my wife here. The whole experience was good. We visited on a Saturday afternoon and explained what she was looking for. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. They are eager to sell you a bike, but they also want you to get the right bike. They appeared to have a wide selection of styles. They were quite patient in explaining various options to us and letting my wife try out test-rides (on a quiet street behind the shop) with several different adjustments, until she was sure what she wanted. They then installed a few minor add-ons that she selected while we waited. Accessories are 10% off when you purchase a bike, btw. We had one issue on the first ride where one of the add-ons broke. This wasn't the shop's fault, but I was able to exchange it with them the following day without issue. I didn't do extensive price-comparison, but my impression is that they are (at least) in line with other shops. We'll definitely be returning customers here! read more

Visiting for the Christmas Season and crashed hard on a trail. Walked in and these guys took care of me with no problems. They were quick, professional, and did exactly what was needed to get me back up and peddling. My bike runs better now than it did before. This would be by LBS if I lived close by. I'll be back when in the area. read more

Awesome bikes, Awesome service! Definitely too notch experience. Everyone was helpful especially Brandon!

Brilliant. I found these guys when we were riding trails nearby and my stem broke. They were able to provide me with the correct part and even offered a torque wrench to keep me from re installing the part poorly. They offered to put it on too, but I like to do these fixes when I can. Amazing. Very glad to finally visit this shop. While I was there, they were very busy. It's clear that they are on the right track and have the needs of cycling and the community at heart. Thanks again. I'll definitely stop by next time we're nearby. Very glad to have my weekend saved. read more

Without a doubt the best bike shop I've walked into in years. I wasn't in the shop for more than ten seconds before the owner Carter approached me and ask what he could do for me. I was bike shopping as well as just checking the shop out. Seriously the coolest and most helpful bike shop owner I have ever met. I'll be shopping here on a regular basis. FIVE STARS all the way. read more

Everybody needs a local bike shop where they know you, can answer your questions, encourage you and treat you like one of the team. This is the place. I've bought bikes, trainers and lots of accessories. They do all my maintenance. This is how you do it! read more

Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff. Quick tune up for our two bikes as well as great advice r/e a future purchase. Great asset to Senoia and surrounding towns. read more

I just bought a bike here for my 11 year old avid rider. We were tired of department store bikes and their poor quality. What a difference! Bike was reasonably priced, high quality and great service. Cables are inside the frame, stainless steel chain, and gearing mechanism is much sturdier. They offer 2 free tune-ups after purchase and you can just feel it's professionally assembled. Comforting also we have someplace to service the bike. Took it for a ride today on a local MB trail and my son loved it...he got several compliments as well. I highly recommend giving this place a chance for your next bike purchase. I'll never shop anywhere else. read more

While this place isn't big on size, it's huge on customer service and character. The staff, led by Ty, is an awesome staff. Very friendly and helpful. My sister shipped her bike here from Austin, TX to have them assemble it for a century ride as well as install some pedals. They also did disassembly and shipped it back. The experience was easy and intuitive and they were great to work with. I would say this is my favorite bike shop around, I plan on going here regularly as well as starting to take part in their group rides. read more

Amazing shop! The folks here were very helpful. They helped me purchase a bike for myself and pick one out for my daughter. They had to order hers and it was in the shop in a few days. Seem like great people, they were very friendly and I wasn't intimidated asking questions, as is often the case in a professional sport or hobby shop. Would definitely recommend! read more

I hate when stores underestimate your understanding of their field. The owners idea of how to fix the rear wheel was unimpressive and I feel would not have worked. When I hear raced in Belgium, Road, Stagiaire, My eyes roll over to see what my brain is looking like. I listened to all he had to say, made a decision to fix it myself. As I was leaving he asked me a question that when I was answering rudely interrupted me and explained to me something. I was and am done with the shop. I have decided not to came back ever. To disclose I have not had any work done at the shop and have never bought anything there. read more

I had a Giant road bike that needed significant TLC. They did an amazing job getting back to like new. Highly recommend!

Hey, wanna ride bikes? Yes? No idea what to ride, what you need to ride, how to ride, or when to ride? Carter and the team at Senoia Bicycle got that covered! Have a bike and needs that little tiny sound it keeps making fixed? Need major repairs, parts or a tune up? Yup, they have that covered too. They basically are your one stop shopping for anything and everything bicycle and then some! They even offer Nutritional supplements with clear understanding of what is best for what you need. The best and most important thing that Carter and Senoia Bicycle offer is Sound, professional, REAL advice. They do not try to sell you something that YOU DO NOT NEED. If you like being a name and not a number and you like to feel that YOU are important and that YOUR TIME matters, this is where YOU need to go! read more

I am so glad there is a bicycle shop close by that cares about their customers. I had three bicycles destroyed in our move. I took them all to Senoia Bicycle with the hopes that they could be repaired. Not only did they repair all three bicycles, they washed them and made them look new again. I highly recommend Senoia Bicycles for all of your bicycle needs, they are very knowledgable and care about you as a customer. read more

I've been going to this bike shop for years when it was Senoia Cycle Works. It's under new ownership now. But no matter who owned it, I've always felt well taken care of by the sales staff and mechanics. It's very conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Senoia and makes a great starting/finishing point or waypoint for any area ride. read more

Great service. Came in for an estimate to repair the crank on my bike. Instead of telling me how busy they were and I need to drop it off; they took 15 minutes to diagnose and repaired my bike at a fair price. Thanks guys for the great service. read more

So impressed with the staff at this shop. Had been shopping for a new bike and not at all impressed with my three visits to Bicycles unlimited in PTC. I decided to drive a bit further and I'm glad I did. Carter was so engaging with his customers and you could tell he, Ty and the rest of the team love what they do. I would HIGHLY recommend this place. Also, I had my son with me and I would say they are VERY kid friendly as well. My 10 year old son even said, I love this place so much!!! read more

Top notch bike shop! Crankset upgrade service performed by Ty was perfect! Carter, along with Ty, gave me some great advice and provided some minor and very important adjustments to my bike. They support a great group ride also! Thank you! read more

Took my TT bike there for a full tune-up before triathlon Nationals. I'm always skeptical taking my bike into a new shop but Carter the owner and his guys treated my bike to the best dang tune-up it's ever had. Great full service bike shop. My bike hasn't run this well or been this clean since I bought it. Carter is also an amazing resource for anything having to do with cycling or triathlon in the area. Definitely worth a visit even just to chat and check out the bikes. read more

I was looking for a low entry bike and went to Senoia Bicycle to see if they had any recommendation. Ty was really helpful and let me try out different bikes. They had an alley way in the back of the shop where you could try out the bikes. I eventually chose a Specialized Roll bike, and I've been very happy about it. Several months later, I let my daughter try out my bike. She liked it so much, we went back and got another one for her. When we went back, Carter was helping us. Both Ty and Carter were very helpful and made sure we got what we wanted. They were very patient and knowledgeable and would make adjustments to let you try out their bikes. So far we've been really happy with our bikes and we highly recommend Senoia Bicycle. They are located in downtown Senoia and there are parking spaces right in front of their store. Last time we drove through that area, it looked like they had moved down the street a bit. read more

Great shop with friendly service - whether you are a beginner or experienced cyclist. Just had a bike built at the shop and it was done as professionally as I've ever had done - with an attention to detail that went above and beyond. While I was there, I noticed that they greeted everyone warmly whether they were interested in something little or wanted a new bike. The shop features outstanding Specialized bikes but don't expect these are Wal-mart prices. That said, if you want a bike to ride for years - or pass to friends and families after you upgrade - trust me and make the investment. You will not regret it. read more
