The cabbage salad isn't really Japanese at all, and there's not enough of it. There is something that is not soy sauce in the green (low sodium) containers. What is that stuff? It doesn't come out of the container! The sushi and sashimi, when they finally arrived, were good, but nothing special. The fish tasted okay (i.e., fresh) but did not come close to sushi-grade fish. On the other hand, I thought the grilled skewers were delicious. My advice to the restaurant: try harder to get the food on the table faster, and stick to real Japanese food with top quality fish and other ingredients. It is why we came to the restaurant!

I was never presented a wine list or an indication that the wine was separately charged, and I never ordered a glass of wine. Each glass appeared as a separate charge on the bill.
