WARNING!!! CPAP USERS…read more I contacted Lincare Medical Supply & Equipment in regards to having my tubing and facemask replaced. I described the 2 items, discussed MY MEDICAL NEEDS and they never contacted me back. My Doctor sent them a prescription and I called repeatedly to get supplies. They LOST MY PERSCRIPTION and never called me back or returned my call for over a month. I called again when I realized not having the mask on was causing me to lose sleep, be exhausted. An employee says she's new, checked with a manager, no record of my case. Manager says, your name sounds familiar? asks me questions and promises a call back. No one called back about my case. I had the doctor send another prescription and I called saying please call me I CAN NOT BREATH at night getting very worn out exhausted MY HEARTS BEATING ILREGULARLY, I AM EXSAUGHSTED and LOSING SLEEP. They called my doctor, confused him, asked him for a prescription for a CPAP MACHINE, His nurse calls to set up an appointment with another doctor and to get a sleep study test done I don't need. I called them again saying I only need a tube and a mask. I knew the names of the people I spoke to and when talking, they couldn't get the information correct. I called no one answered and late that night I left a message telling Lincare the damage they are causing I should get a lawyer. I got an immediate call 3 days later and the rep, the person in charge. Said I needed a sleep test to get the machine that's the problem! She continued to BLAME ME saying they need the sleep test information?. The doctor said they fill a prescription and in this case your just getting replacement parts, no sleep test needs ordered for that. She then proceeded to tell me she on her own LOOKED UP MY MEDICAL RECORDS, then MADE A MEDICAL EVALUATION! that I need the test based on the age of the machine and doctor and information? I told her my doctor said I did not need anything but the supplies? When she went on I said what Doctor??? Lincare had DRAWN A MEDICAL CONCLUSSION BASED ON THE WRONG DOCTOR!, WRONG INFORMATION, WRONG INTURPITATION OF A DOCOTORS PERSCRIPTION!!!! To make matters a bit worse, the Lincare rep decides to laugh it off and make lite of the problem? That was the poor treatment, disrespect and ignorance I was treated with. Lincare risked my life and health with no patient concern. They failed at getting instructions right that are no more complicated then ordering a number 2 off a Mc Donald's drive through menu? I went to another company Fresh Air who solved this in 10 minutes.

Worst pharmacy in town, in my opinion. My mom was getting…read moreher prescriptions from here. I asked that I be able to pick up her meds, rather than wait around all day for a delivery. When I did go pick up her meds, the staff were unfriendly and seemed annoyed that I'd come to get the meds rather than have them delivered. 2 months ago, they sent her a text that they had planned to deliver her meds that day (not sure why they ignored my request to pick them up) but had only discovered that day that she needed refills, so her delivery would be delayed for 5 days. No apology, no offer of emergency meds to cover her, I guess she was just supposed to keep her blood pressure down with the power of her mind. Last month, again they ignored my request to not have her meds delivered and sent her a text that the delivery was on its way. No one showed up. She called the next day to ask where her meds were and they said they would be delivered the following week. Again, no apology, no emergency meds. I'd had enough and went to another pharmacy to transfer her prescriptions. The new pharmacy called me and said that Akron Health Mart Pharmacy had actually refused to allow the transfer until I called to tell them why. So, I did. She's now with the new pharmacy and we are so glad to be done with these folks. Please, save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.
