I am completely serious when I say that we did not encounter a single staff member who was not positive and helpful. What was also very reassuring was that all of the residents praised the staff and would take the time to connect with my dad. To hear the actual residents talk about this place in such glowing terms, made me realize how much pride they have and appreciation for what the staff does for them. In terms of the facilities, the room and dining areas were completely clean and open. They have activities every day and the owner even holds a politics discussion weekly or bi weekly. In the time my dada stayed, he participated in Goat yoga, board games, discussions, music time, a lunch outing, and other activities. Although there is not really much of an outside area, the location is extremely central to west LA with proximity to shops, restaurants, Century city mall and all the surrounding areas. Also the pick up and drop off is super easy with two off street parking structures that are easily accessible and great for losing and unloading. Overall we were extremely happy with the service, facility and management. We will absolutely use them again and would definitely utilize them for long term if we need it in the future. I helped a psychotherapy client of mine move from another place in Hollywood where he was doing terribly. Within a few weeks of living at the Plaza, he came to life, making friends, looking much healthier, taking care of personal hygiene, all of which hadn't been happening for at least a year in the other place.
