I cover most of the Southwest. At my age far beyond recommended retirement age my body takes a beating sitting behind the wheel for so long. I have become a patron of deep tissue massage to help with the flexibility and pain issues. I travel around a lot and have tried many places. Sunny is my only choice in Las Cruces. I was skeptical at first because I saw a bad review but I was pleasantly surprised after finding out for myself. The owner is a beautiful and intelligent skilled health professional so she understands human anatomy. The massage lasts for the time that you request and is thorough. If someone left a bad review he or she probably didn't keep an appointment or arrived late. These places do not have enough clientele to warrant numerous staff members so they are busy at times especially when they are good at what they do. Place has a peaceful, clean quiet ambience in which you can thoroughly relax. Therapy is adjusted depending upon your tolerance. A translation app on a phone is handy if you wish to discuss your needs in detail. I personally like going in right after the gym and a hot shower. I left feeling completely relaxed and able to sleep before traveling the following day. I don't get to any one location with any frequency but I will return to Sunny every time I am in Las Cruces.

My Massage person ( that's what she is not a therapist) literally sat on me to massage my back while I was face down. I could feel her skin on me since she was wearing a mini skirt. It happened so fast! As soon as she got off me, she was interrupted by someone who walked in. I thought to myself she'll be back in a minute or so BUT No!!! She left me face down almost half an hour until I got up and got dressed. I told the lady that was massaging my husband to not charge me for an hour but let me tell you all, she did!! I asked her ( for the third time) since these women always change their numbers how much? She said $70 for my husband and $40 for me...go figure at the end I paid a total of $135 go figure these ladies are scammers when it comes to charging their clients. I do not mind paying that much ( great deal) but be honest from the start! Never going to Swan Spa ever again! Also there something sketchy going on with that one girl with the short skirt! Since it wouldn't let me get past that page because I didn't fill the insurance part in, I decided to go early for my appointment on Monday morning and fill it out then. When I got there, early, and told them about being unable to fill in the form because it wouldn't let me past the insurance page, the receptionist told me that I wouldn't be able to be seen today because the form was lengthly. I explained the above to her and that I got the form on a Saturday and they were closed so I couldn't call to get my questions answered. She shrugged her shoulders and said again, the form was long and I wouldn't be able to been seen. She said I should have just put N/A in the insurance part. How was I to know that? There were no directions saying that. I explained it has taken me 5 months to get the VA to authorize the visit. She shrugged again. Could I come in tomorrow. I said no. I do have a life. And she shrugged again. I picked up my stuff and left. Don't you think I could have filled out what I could get done before seeing the doc and then finish it after? You can also bet no matter how long the form was, I could have finished it before my wait was over since there were 2 other people waiting before me.
