Went in to get a cashiers check. Was charged $10 when I questioned that they said every chase does…read morethat. Never have I been charged for a cashiers check. Also the teller called me not by my name. And didn't listen to the other thing I needed. Everyone was rude and gave dirty looks. Won't be coming back and I sagest going to a different chase bank.

Worst chase branch I've ever been to, service is bad every time. This is the only chase location…read morethat will not allow chase customers to use the restroom, they don't provide complementary checks (they will charge you for one check), and they will not make a copy of a check that you're depositing for your own records. These are all things every other location has and will do for chase customers. This by far is the worst chase branch location I've ever visited and I will never go back here. Chase should close it down, it's ruining the rep that chase banks usually carry.
