Did my braces back in 2015. The last appointment before removing my braces they made an incorrect…read moreadjustment which had one of my bottom front teeth poking out while the rest of my teeth were straight (it was abundantly obvious). Upon coming into my last appointment to remove my braces Dr. Dahar saw and took note of this mistake and his solution was to adjust it ONLY while taking off my top braces and then "marking it in my retainer". He did not as a PROFESSIONAL decide to leave my bottom braces on to assure this would not cause my further issues. He did NOT put on a back wire to ensure this would not cause me further issues as this was HIS offices mistake. I wore my retainer for as long as I could tolerate my tooth shifting EVERYTIME I took out my retainer and putting it back in. My bottom row of teeth are completely crooked. Worse then before I got the braces and it's WORST spot being the same tooth he didn't take them time to correct; which has not effected my top row of teeth. As an adult and having it been 10 years I truly hope you've learned from your mistakes and have not ignored more mistakes made by your employees while not taking proper measurements to fix said mistakes. I'm truly just disappointed and am now extremely insecure in my smile and teeth. I have left a photo of my tooth that was incorrectly adjusted in my appointment that has now completely shifted to the back of my teeth. PLEASE DONT GO HERE. I wore the retainer, he never called back for a follow up visit. He took my picture to go up on the wall of another "perfect smile" and now ALL of my teeth have shifted due to this one mistake..

Both of my kids look forward to going to the orthodontist which makes the treatment process so much easier. The office may service a lot of people, but they definitely treat each individual patient as a person rather than a number. The staff is so pleasant and easy to work as a parent scheduling appointments, and helping calm any nerves for my kids through the treatment process.
