I needed an inspection on a condominium I was buying. After contacting several companies I went with Semper Fi. From start to finish the process was painless! Do not use, he will miss so much stuff then act like oh it's been 90 days it happened afterwards even tho the damage that was caused was from a long term damage. He also missed some electrical issues, as well as the hvac return line being way undersized starving the system. They had 10" it was supposed to be 16".... He won't honor his warranty. If he will do this to a fellow fully disabled veteran as a veteran then what do you think he'll do to you... he will then ask you to call him after a review to yell at you. You will hang up for him to call back and end up telling you to meet him somewhere so he can show you what's up... you hang up and he will call back where you will have to inform him police are getting involved after the threat, he will laugh it off. police report has been made read more

Jason is amazing. I've had him conduct several home inspections for me and he has saved my tail. Jason is like a hawk, if there's an issue with a home he will find it. Jason was very thourough, professional, and overall a really nice guy. His inspection reports are highlighted in different colors in accordance to severity of what needs repaired (Blue is ok, but recommended, Red is urgent) and he includes photos in the report as well.
