He is an older gentleman that runs his office with a great staff. They still do medical records the old way. So lots of paper. He still carries the the little black bag. An old tile doctor with a knowledge base and experience that we have not been able to find elsewhere. He is kind and considerate of his patients. He actually spends time listening and answering concerns. Most doctors today are in and out within 5 mins and you are left with more questions than answers. But not this doctor! He is great! He is no nonsense and will tell you like it is. When we leave his office we are truly glad we came. If you are looking for a really great doctor that cares about his patients then Dr Simble is the one! If you are looking for the type of doctors you find in the clinics around Winston Salem, that forget you the moment they leave the room, then Dr Simble would not be a good match for you.
