Lori the owner replied to my email the very next day ensuring me that they followed all CDC guidelines for wedding venues. Her and her husband Rolando were very cordial hosts and they and all the staff looked very professional. They have a trolly service to ferry guests from the parking lot to the actual venue. The patio were the reception is held is a nice covered patio with a pool and fountain next to it. The garden area where the ceremony is held is green, shady, very well manicured. My niece told me she had her perfect wedding there and was very happy with the day. I recommend this place for any party, reunion, or wedding!

What stood out most, though, was working with Elizabeth. Her response times were consistently solid, and communication was clear throughout the process. As a professional planner, I would recommend this venue to clients looking for an all-inclusive experience that doesn't feel cookie-cutter. The space allows for flexibility and personalization, and with Elizabeth's support, the process felt intentional, collaborative, and well-managed rather than overly templated. I had a long list of questions and concerns, and each one was handled with patience and professionalism. Elizabeth made sure expectations were met. Overall, the experience felt supported, and that level of reliability made a noticeable difference. I feel great knowing that when I refer clients to this venue they will be heard, valued and in good hands. I can't wait until our next event!!

I I planned my fathers memorial luncheon and Casey was so respectful and courteous , he made suggestions, honored my wishes and made me feel so assured that all would be done according to what we had agreed on . He went the extra mile and it meant so much to me . A business can be a service offered and it's a business in every sense . But when that business employs such a person as Casey Chapman , they have then turned that business into a human heart felt connection. With their clients . For any occasion whether it be a wedding or a memorial luncheon Swan Court Conference Center can meet your needs , doing it with style and professionalism . This is a gem of a location with beautiful swans , koi and waterfalls , and it also is more than that . Casey will go out of his way to make your occasion special in every way .
