With…read morea little innuendo that they can't give legal advice, but then they do well Robert does anyways. And then, when the paper comes out, you find out you're screwed. Lots of money for poor service. Robert prefers to call, used and put things in writing. He's very coercive I'm 61. I should've known when he said he was the brother-in-law of my husbands. Good work friend that we should've steered clear. But he guaranteed me that there would be no conflict of interest. All the paperwork has been favor towards my husband things that we did not even agree on. Robert put in there because his comment was always well. What about Bill? What about Bill. When we had things situated. And then the Cuadro that he's supposedly a specialist on , I got screwed big time I got screwed big time and now there's nothing I can do. He told us to put the pension in he didn't give us any more information about it but he said he had to be in pay status before he could do a QDRO, which I found out after the fact that's not true he's just really screwed us over bad. I'm sure if you don't have any questions. Because these guys their legal advice that they do indeed give you is not based on the law. But they try to assure you they can do everything. I'm 61. I'm now gonna be screwed for life because I chose Robert Revel with Go Divorce Clinic . BIG BIG MISTAKE

I found Robert and his team through Yelp and I can not recommend them enough. At first I was under…read morethe impression that my ex was amiable to an uncontested divorce. As the paperwork came through, Robert assured us that everything was going as planned and these things take time. This is of course due to the court's waiting periods to file paperwork. Robert turned in all paperwork and informed us when things were being done and showing us the process is moving along. Unfortunately a failure on my ex's part to understand this led to her to become more hostile towards Robert and his team. Robert was in his rights to cancel our mediation agreement. However, he stuck it out and we were able to finish the divorce. Robert always responded to communications within 24 hours but usually same day via phone or email and was even able to assist in the negotiation of the divorce settlement so both parties were able to walk away content (given the circumstances). Again, there may be one particular yelp review that is quite hostile towards Robert and his team. In any divorce there will always be emotions involved and sometimes the mediator, who takes no sides, can become the target. 99% of the reviews for the Go Divorce Clinic are overwhelming positive. Trust those people as I trusted Robert and his team.

Mr. Francis is an honest attorney with a lot of integrity…read more He will work hard for your case. I have used him for child custody and support matters on more than one occasion. Both times were long cases with multiple hearings. He is experienced and has been working in the same area of law enough to know the judges, counselors and other professionals in the area. This will help you since he may know how they will decide. He truly wants to help. He is not in it for the money. He does not have a huge office staff with a lot of overhead. He doesn't take on a huge caseload to generate more revenue. He keeps it simple so that he can focus on your case and be an effective attorney for you. He has always been very responsive when I needed him. In my experience, he can read through lies and extract the truth. This will work well if your ex is dishonest or not forthcoming. He aggressively strives for truth. He doesn't put up with BS and can quickly cut through it. He also has been doing this for a long time so don't call him for free legal advice. Instead, check out his website. It has a lot of really useful info that helped me a lot prior to actually calling him. Probably one of the best websites out there for family law. https://www.wallacefrancis.com/ Many attorneys prolong the case or tell you what you want to hear so that they can keep fighting and keep billing you. One star (too bad there aren't negative stars lol!). I deeply regret hiring this attorney…read more I retained him for an extremely high-stakes domestic violence and child-custody matter, where the consequences could not have been more serious. I expected an attorney who would be prepared, assertive, and able to challenge material misrepresentations made by the opposing party. That was not my experience at the hearing. Not even close, it was pathetic. I watched significant factual issues and misrepresentations go inadequately challenged while the case moved toward an outcome with devastating consequences for me and my children. I had to email real-time corrections to them based on evidence already provided, but Counsel did not even look at the factual corrections as cited in my initial documentation until after the hearing, despite the fact that I called their office to flag it. I understand that no attorney can guarantee a particular result, and I am not criticizing him simply because I lost. My criticism is about the quality of representation I felt I received when it mattered most. I did not feel that the evidence, inconsistencies, or inaccuracies central to my case were presented and challenged with anything close to the force, clarity, or preparation that the circumstances demanded. I honestly could have represented myself better... This was the type of hearing where an attorney needed to know the record cold, react quickly when facts were misstated, protect the client's position, and make sure the judge had an accurate picture before making life-altering custody decisions. I left the hearing feeling profoundly underrepresented. I hired counsel precisely because I knew the stakes were too high to navigate alone. Instead, I walked away wishing I had chosen different representation from the beginning. I terminated the attorney-client relationship immediately after the hearing. If you are a white male, definitely hire him. If not, do NOT! Anyone considering this attorney for a contested DVRO or custody matter should ask very detailed questions about how they prepare for evidentiary hearings (they do not lol), how aggressively they address inaccurate testimony, how they plan to present conflicting evidence, and exactly what advocacy you can expect in the courtroom. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend him.
