We decided to cancel our contract with them last year for management issues. Damages to our small cottage and items that where never replaced by them. After several promises from the staff members and owners, weeks and months went by and they NEVER replaced anything that was broken by their guests. BBQ covers rip in half and never replaced broken kitchen chairs Broken door trims Torn out of the wall thermostats once we canceled our contracts with them they came back just before a reservation and took all of our sheets, pillow sheets and duvet covers from all 4 bedrooms and DID NOT REPLACE WITH THE ONES WE HAD ORIGINALLY ! we where flabbergasted to say the least.. and still to this day they never brought back our own sheets that we had. we had to buy everything in new. We also hired them to demolish an old front shed and disregard the garbage's, we paid the bill in full which amounted close to 2000$ or so and at my surprise they still left 1/4 of the SHED on site !!!! That and other management issues we had with them, there was no transparency what so ever with this company. I would definitely not recommend this company.

They obviously take pride in it! Extremely convenient location right in the heart of Vieux Montreal; lots of shopping, great restaurants, directly across the street from the port, and just steps away from Rue St. Paul and points of interest. Our streetside room overlooked the port and was very quiet, with a view. I called with a question before our stay and the gentleman was very courteous and helpful. Price was very reasonable. As it is still off-season (mid-April) I'm not sure if any of this would be different during summer peak. Yes, you need to park off-site as you would anywhere else in old Montreal, but the Grand Quay parking is right across the street, very safe and convenient and at $35 CD for 24 hours, very reasonable. Yes, this is an "AirBnB -type accommodation" where you need to make your own bed and hang up your own towels, as some have stated. But this was right up there as one of the top AirBnB experiences I have ever had! Our kids and friends rented an AirBnB in the building right next door, and our place was sooo much nicer, cleaner, modern than theirs (was very run down) and I am very glad we chose to book this one. I truly can't say enough good things about our experience, highly recommend it and will definitely look to stay here again on any future trips to Montreal!

We booked Equinox 140-03 for a week for six adults and two children for a ski/snowboarding trip,…read moreand overall had a good experience. The place was spacious and clean for all of us, and the views were amazing. The kitchen was equipped with bowls, plates, and utensils that would last us days, but it did not come with basic cooking ingredients, such as oil. Each unit also came with a starter pack of two dishwashing pods and a few laundry detergent strips, and the guest is responsible for additional supplies, as well as paper towel and toilet paper if you run out, which we were unaware of. Wifi was reliable. The living space was cozy, and we loved the fireplace. The TV upstairs is a smart TV, but it was not connected to the internet; there was cable. The beds were somewhat hard, and the carpet in the basement made several of us sneeze. We got conflicting information regarding the hot tub from several people, and are still not sure if it's open. This home only gets two parking spots, and extra cars have to park in the lots away from the property. The walk to the Pedestrian Village took less than 10 minutes; however, the walk up was a brutal 15 minutes because it was uphill. Shuttles depart every 40 minutes during the day and are available on call in the evening. This unit is by a trail; however, it was not open when we went, and it's a narrow blue run. Overall, we were still happy with our experience. If you decide to book the property, book it via their website. Customer service was able to honour a Black Friday price, saving us about $400 for our stay.
