I went to the beach earlier that day and my hair got completely wet in the ocean, so I needed to wash and restyle it, but I left all my hair products at home. So, I figured in Puerto Rico, they would definitely sell a wide range of products for kinky-curly hair textures, and I was correct!! She told me No. I am a senior citizen and my expectation is to find someone to-be a problem solver. Eventually my daughter came to the front part of the store and a kind hearted employee ( Omar) came to the rescue. I appreciate what Omar did but I am frustrated with the cashier who was not able to place a call for help for a " senior customer". Those employees need MORE training so they can be problem solvers, have compassion and understand that an unsatisfied customer could multiply for ten.
