the other day around 10pm i bought a latest version of greek bar vape worth over 20$ and it didn't work... i brought it to the shop to have it checked and asked to exchange it for me... the shop employee, a tall white American man said... the shop owner said... if there is any problem with any product purchased here, the customer should contact the manufacturer himself... to return it... the factory is in china... i don't know how to speak chinese... the shop needs to have a heart to open a business... have ethics and customer service... it's best for everyone when buying products here to check the goods first and try them before losing money... good luck your bs business... i swear i will never support any select smoke shop... business must be reputable and ethical read more

This smoke shop, is the worst smoke shop I have been to, the customer service is horrible, the staff is horrible. I just went in here 2 different times, the first time, the worker was very high, acting very weird, couldn't properly count or remember how much money I had given him or what my change was. I just went in the other day, and the person working, was being very strange, yelling in a strange voice, acting very strange and out of the ordinary. There's always seems to be a problem with the crappy customer service here. The people you hire are dumb as rocks. I come here for the selection, that's it. I literally have an issue EVERY SINGLE TIME. It's either someone doesn't know how to give a ADVERTISED SALE, or doesn't want to. It's always the same glared over look on their face. If I told that one lady to go sniff a scratch and sniff sticker at the bottom of a pool, she would. Maybe try telling your employees to stop using drugs before they come in. You're at work? Even though it's a bit smaller than their union lake location, this one always has what I need and always stocked up on everything else. Also the employees here are very knowledgeable and helpful compared to their other locations, Mike is really nice and can always be there to answer any questions I have.
