Rabbits out of the black silk hat? Not even a challenge for Stephanie! She has been our guidepost, walking us through the details of home offers and purchase agreements with instant replies, great follow-up questions and super attention to detail. I had no idea what a realtor could offer to the situation and Stephanie has exceeded on Every. Possible. Level! We are about to land in our dream home. Stephanie, her team and the collective expertise are a force to be reckoned with that made this possible. Thank you isn't enough for making our dreams come true!!

At the appraisal, 5 days before closing the buyer took pictures of the home. The buyer contacted me immediately after entering the home as items in the home and garage are removed. I had to pay the buyer to replace these items. This was a horrible experience for my family and the buyer. Mr. Huffman and his team should remember the cardinal rule, treat others how you want others to treat you and if someone is nasty to you, let them vent then apologize, empathize and strategize

All they care about is their little scams…read morethey have to charge you $20(ex: having windows open in early spring or late fall, parking in YOUR personal spot after a snow storm between 9 and 10 am, or having more than one nail hole per wall) They say they'll tow you if you don't have a Look sticker on your car and are ever parked in the lot, but this is not true. I have seen multiple cars in the lot every single day without stickers. When the snow comes along at 9 am they come and brush off all the windows to find your apartment number on your sticker so they can fine you $20. If you don't have the sticker they don't tow your car; they do nothing. They just care about their little scams they have to make a quick buck off their tenants. other than that the maintenance workers are very quick and friendly but they arent exactly part of the management which is where the problem is.... renting from a small private owner from now on.

As a former student of mine at Negaunee High School, Travis Ryan was at the top of his class. So…read morewhen it came time to sell my house, he was the first realtor I called at FreshDoor Real Estate. Travis was so great to work with and extremely professional. He went through all the steps of selling my house including figuring out a reasonable and accurate asking price. Travis was very willing to answer all my questions and goes well beyond what you would normally expect from an average realtor. I could easily give him a call or text and he would get back to me as soon as he could. I would highly recommend Travis to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. Travis, along with his brother Tyler, had my house photographed and ready to be listed in a short amount of time. Tyler's video work and online tour created an accurate depiction of what the seller was going to see when they scheduled a showing. I could never have imagined within 6 days of my house being listed that I would receive 8 offers all above the asking price. This is another reason why I would highly recommend Travis Ryan for all your real estate needs. Whether you're buying or selling, call Travis at FreshDoor Real Estate and see what he and his crew can do for you.

Even after I decided to move forward on the home, Gina provided guidance that protected me and saved me a lot of money, too. I couldn't imagine having gone though this process without her.
