I've been to: - 3 different hip PT ( physical therapists)…read more- 4 local "all around" PT - 5 different Pelvic Floor PT - 2 different needling PT I've had multiple surgeries and have often been called a "complicated case." I have to begrudgingly agree to this statement. I'm only in my 30s but have very bad luck when it comes to accidents and surgeries. I realize that each physical therapy office has specialized people, and everyone will have a different experience. So I'll talk about the physical therapist that I've seen here at Rebound. First, their receptionists are very kind and understanding. They understand how the insurance works, and I'm always able to get in touch with them. They have jumped through hoops for me. Kat is by far my favorite. She has actually contacted billing, and my insurance at the same time, and held a conference on my behalf. It takes away all of my stress just to have someone help me with the insurance. Jason Grissom, who I've been seeing after my hip replacement surgery, listens to what I have to say. I cannot emphasize enough how important this is. I have been brushed off by so many physical therapists I've lost count. He is very upfront with me, which I also appreciate. He has never said the following things to me: "It's a marathon, not a race", " everyone's pain is different", " I cannot give you an estimate of how long it will take to heal." These are some of the most infuriating answers I've had to deal with for years. It really makes me feel like a human to hear an actual answer from him. He will say things like "With my experience, an injury like this, should take 2 years to fully heal." Or " I've had one case that took one month to heal, and another case that took 8 months to heal." No BS. No stock answers. No run around. It's been a breath of fresh air just to get an honest answer. Sarah Awe, who is also been seeing me for my hip, my light laser, and shock therapy treatments is incredibly...kind. She also listens to what I have to say, and works very closely with Jason so that I do not have to play telephone game. Crissy Ott is currently doing my needling. Chrissy is a little rough around the edges. Her personality does not mesh well with mine. I often feel like....I've gone back in time and she is my high school teacher looking down on me for getting a B+ grade that could have been an A. But from a professional standpoint, she knows what she is doing. I feel confident and comfortable when she is treating me. I have nothing bad to say about Emily. I do prefer Emily over Chrissy, but that is just because of the personality difference. Amelia is the one who is currently treating my whiplash. She is so friendly and bubbly, it's hard to be sad when I am around her. She also talks to all of the other physical therapists for me, so I don't have to play telephone or repeat myself six times. Their whole office is very synchronized and their communication with each other, as well as with me, has always been great. I have never felt like I did not get my money's worth when I went in for a treatment. I've never felt rushed. Even when they are running behind schedule by 10 minutes, they still spend the full allotted amount of time with me. On days where I only see Jason, I'll notice that Amelia, Kat, or Sarah will stop what they are doing and greet me by name. I highly recommend Rebound physical therapy if you've had a hip surgery (or 3 in my case). They also offer light, laser, and shock therapy. They are incredibly affective. It is worth the money. Insurance will not cover these, because insurance is run by the devil. 50 dollars for a session is absolutely worth it.

Physical Therapy gurus at Rebound really helped Jeri with her ballance. Misspelling intended. Lol…read more The waiting room is clean and the appointments are almost punctual. Thank you Justus and crew!

I have been a patient at Momentum for around a year now off and on and have been very impressed…read morewith the care and service I have received. I will start with the fact that I've never once had a billing question or issue come up, and out of all the contractors Kaiser works with in this area, this is the only one I've encountered that has not ever taken issue with the set up of my plan or how short/long Kaiser takes to pay out on claims. This makes my life SO much easier, especially considering the other Kaiser contractor for PT in this area flat out refused to see me. Appointment scheduling is easy, as is paying copays and any other administrative matters. Hours for appointments are very flexible and allow for pre- and post-work hour appointments which is great. I have been seeing Zack off and on for TMJ pain with my jaw - first as a way to see if PT could help with the constant dull jaw pain I was experiencing at the recommendation of my primary care doctor, and now again as I prep for jaw surgery later this year that was recommended after PT was determined to be not enough to fix my structural jaw problem. Despite me being his only TMJ patient and TMJ not being a common or easily fixable issue, Zack has been incredibly understanding, willing to work with my strange and likely confusing descriptions of pain levels and pain locations, and open to various techniques to help manage my pain levels. He has used dry needling (yes on my face!), ultrasound, cupping, massage, and more to manage and shift the pain that I deal with. When I wanted to return this year after experiencing more pain with teeth movement as a result of my pre-surgery braces, I was taken back as a patient with no questions asked. I am grateful to receive such great care from competent and friendly providers and front desk staff.

Treatment was for osteoarthritis of the cervical spine. Once a week, for many weeks, I was treated by the same therapist. It's not a practice that I've encountered at all other PT businesses and it irks me, besides not making sense. The therapist, Beth, seemed highly knowledgeable about how to minimize my pain and increase my neck's flexibility. The therapy was varied and progressive, with home exercises prescribed to more quickly reach my goals. All in all, a great place for first-class physical therapy.
