About two months after surgery I felt I was lacking major range of motion and I was experiencing some localized pain. I scheduled my first evaluation as soon as I could. I worked with Allison and Lauren throughout my whole recovery and they communicated so well with each other so it was easy to bounce between both DPT's to accommodate my busy schedule. Now 5 months later, I am back into regular exercises and my confidence in myself has grown. I felt emotionally and physically supported throughout my entire experience. I am thankful to now have graduated from weekly visits but I can not recommend these ladies enough. Also- they have student physical therapists which I love, they help to nurture and educate the future!

No special testing was performed, no equipment was provided, just a physical therapist instructing me to do things like balance on a ball and walk a straight line with my eyes closed - all of which I could have done on my own for free. The worst part of it is that the treatments were entirely ineffective. Advice: get the costs in writing upfront as well as what your insurance will cover. Also, find out what the specific treatment plan is before committing to the program.

I'm naturally a stronger individual so to have a PT who is also CSCS certified was very nice. I've received help from other therapists as well and they have all been kind and knowledgeable. When I got my ACL+Meniscus surgery all planned out I made sue to call the office and schedule my Pre-Op appts - it was like 8 appts all at once but best decision I made because it made everything so much easier when I was out of surgery. Front desk are okay. Some of them seem young and don't have the professional skills as pre-covid but what can you do. They are at least friendly and help you out. Best decision was making those appts ahead of time.
