My mother wasn't given a tooth brush/paste for days, had to ask that she be changed and showered. Meds were just dropped off, didn't watch if she took them, we found them in her bed. Staff turns call button off, say they will be right back, 50min later still didn't come back. I suggest families look on Medicare.gov under providers to check facilities Medicare rating before choosing. My mom chose coming here before I was given a chance to do any reviews, otherwise she would have gone elsewhere.

I was told I would have the same person for the next three weeks but I never returned so I can't say if this would have been the case. I did not return because I was notified that my insurance would not cover some of the procedures. When I called to let them know that I could not have some of the procedures I was told that I had been discharged and owe them money. I was surprised that they had disenrolled me and had been treated badly by the attendant. When I received a bill I had been billed for 4 sessions. I had only gone three times and when I tried to contact the billing office to let them know I was greeted by a voicemail which said to leave a message. The person called me in the early morning hours and when I returned the call I got the voicemail again. I called one more time and then gave up. Since then I have received three more bills. I intend to pay them for the three sessions I had which was a copay. I would definitely not recommend this office.
