Started job later than expected, after needing money upfront. Unfortunately we had a significant new leak in the house in addition to the old leak. Flashing not installed correctly and in some parts missing altogether. And! completely covered a functioning and still in use chimney. He was difficult to communicate with requiring several phone calls and texts. He finally came out and attempted to fix. Still leaked, even worse the before. Despite several respectful texts and phone calls, he never returned our calls and never fixed the original problem - or new leaks he created. Note, he was paid promptly and in full. Had to hire someone else since we were ghosted. Look at google reviews as well ....

This was close to 6 months of work trying to help him gain traction and promote his business. It was working, I have messages from check ins where he was pleased with everything. Then the messages stopped. He Is KNOWN now for not communicating after he initially receives payment for work he is supposed to do. I have seen so many complaints about him promising jobs and never following through. He lies about the issues he is facing so customers will understand how hard he has it with his crew. He doesn't know how to manage any aspect of his business and instead of accepting help or hiring someone to help him schedule, he just stops communicating. He WILL LEAVE you unfinished if you pay in advance. For the paid work I had him do, there were promises that there would be yearly check ups, and warranty - it will never happen, not even when I reached out with a problem. He swore he would come by that day and never showed. Jonah is unreliable, unprofessional, and comes across as a complete scam artist because of his lack of follow through and the way he stops communicating when he knows he has messed up. His was the 2nd lowest, but the lowest lied to me about the warranty, and he was an hour away, and Dan is in Berea where my building is. He showed me pics and videos of what they were doing and what they found (some bad plywood, which I expected because I had some leaks). The finished job looks great, and they cleaned up so well you wouldn't have known they were there. They finished it in 1 day, and the next morning he was there double checking the parking lot for nails. Also, there happened to be a big branch on the edge of the lot that had just come down in a storm and he had it cut it up and hauled it off with no extra charge. I will definitely be using A-Team Roofing from now on whenever I need roofing replacement or repairs
