I decided to have my medication switched to this pharmacy as I was tired of dealing with the bigger…read morechains and the issues associated with said chains. Figured a small town pharmacy would be better not only for me but for the business as well. Negative on that. I take suboxone and for the last two months they do not have it. Apparently I'm the only one who takes it that uses this pharmacy so they didn't have it in stock the first month and it was during a bad ice storm that came through the area and they told me the truck was delayed up north due to the weather but i was coming. Figured okay they are having to order it since I'm a new customer and no one else takes it that uses them. Went through the lengthy process of having to call my doctor and get them to send a months supply to a big chain pharmacy that had it. Had so much trouble with the big chain pharmacy that I had to pay full price for the medication, $260 to be exact. Just today I called again to get it filled and after being on hold forever while they were "checking" she finally got back on the line and told me no they didn't have it in stock. How the heck do you not have any of that medication, medication that is very important to one of your customers? Does the pharmacist even know what will happen if I don't have my medication? They flat out lied to me last month. They never ordered it. If they had it would be in stock this month since it was on it's way last month. Did the truck just come up missing or what? Do not recommend this pharmacy at all. Very unprofessional and will lie to you and lead you on. Now I have to call my doctor again and have a new prescription sent over to Walgreens, pushing it back until Monday when I could have gotten it filled today, met my wife and got it this weekend as I work out of town and not home every weekend. Never again will I use this excuse of a pharmacy.

I absolutely DO NOT AGREE with my child being sedated and I, her MOTHER cannot be in the room with her! Absolutely ridiculous and obsurd!!!!! I tried to go back several times and they shoo-ed me out and back towards the front. I do not understand why I could not be with my young child while she is sedated and going through surgery. I had a boat load of surgery on my mouth as a child and I remember my mother being in the room with me when I fell asleep and when I woke up from surgery.
