I dont normally post reviews or talk badly about a business but I have had multiple issues with…read morethis vet. 1st issue was when my cat was sick we ordered a fecal test. Its my daughters cat so she had the responsibility to collect the sample and I would turn it in. I turned it in yo the office and the fecal sample never made it to testing. I still get notifications that I need to turn it in. He is no longer sick but the fact I paid for it and it was never done. They lost the sample. 2nd issue: I took my dogs in for annual appointment (9/18/26) so I could get my dogs started back on simparica Trio. (They had filled just the flea and tic med 2 weeks prior) I called today(10/2/26) to pick up meds. They informed me that there is not an order for the meds on file. Now I have to wait all weekend to get my dog back on meds. As she is suffering from fleas. 3rd and biggest issue: If you have Great Danes I do NOT reccomend taking them to this vet. They did not know the signs of bloat and were very undereducated. My baby boy was sick on a saturday morning i knew something was wrong the moment i woke up. I called and they did not seem worried and did not feel it was an emergency to get him in right away. I called at 8am and they made an appointment for 11am. I had to call back and tell them I needed to bring him in right away. They seemed annoyed and told me I could bring him in but it would be a long wait. When we seen the vet she consulted with another vet and were very certain it was not GDV (bloat). They told me that he either ate something and has a mild blockage or he just has an upset tummy. I have never seen bloat before so I trusted them I also know my dogs and they do not eat random things. So we did not do an xray because again they swore it was not bloat and I know my dog he did not eat anything. She gave him nausea meds and sent me on my way. My baby did not get any better after the meds. We ended up rushing to the emergency vet. The first thing they asked was if he was tacked (to reduce the possibility of bloat). My answer no. They immediately wanted to do an xray. I agreed. It in fact was GDV(bloat). It showed just under a 180 degree flip. Surgery $10,000 at the emergency vet. Unfortunately thats not in my budget and ultimately made the decided euthanasia was what was best. We could have saved him had they not just blown me off.

I had positive experiences the first few times I used Nicole and Vroom Grooms, but the last two…read moreappointments were very disappointing. It seems she prefers shaving dogs rather than properly grooming them, and she doesn't appear skilled with curly coats. When discussing my dog's coat, she was condescending, repeatedly calling me "honey" and saying she was trying to "educate me" about how curly-haired dogs should be groomed. Scheduling has also been frustrating. Nicole is very rigid when setting appointments, yet each time I've booked her, she has reached out asking to come earlier. I've always accommodated her requests, but that flexibility isn't reciprocated. After multiple poor experiences, I can no longer recommend Vroom Grooms.

Mia is not the best dog to groom she hates to be bathed and tried to escape at every chance she gets. Nicole is so patient with her & the fact that I can watched her being groomed tells me Nicole is one of a kind. Mia always looks so good when she comes back inside her home. Mia spends the next 30 minutes rolling all over the floor and beds so she can get her doggie stank back on. I have recommended Nicole so many times when someone is looking for a mobile groomer. It must of worked cause she is not taking new clients at this time.
