Dr. Amin was great and was able to take care of what needed done most. Our Missionary was so impressed with how he was treated. I called this morning to make arrangements for payment. Both of the office people I talked to were very professional and kind. I wish I remembered the name of the lady I talked with regarding payment, but it was such a great experience dealing with her. Dr. Amin and Dr. Strouth are professional, friendly, and always welcoming. My usual hygienist is Sarah, and she's wonderful. I'm so glad she's back after the birth of her sweet new baby, because appointments with her always feel like catching up with an old friend (even if said friend has sharp objects in my mouth lol). They work hard to keep you informed for the whole process, and answer all of your questions (even the ones that might be...dumb. I am very guilty of asking a LOT of questions, and they never make me feel like I'm being a pain in the teeth about it). The facilities themselves are relaxing and comfortable, and the vibe of the office feels more like a spa than a dentists' office. I have so many friends that HATE going to the dentist, but I can't relate because Dr. Amin, Sarah, and the rest of the staff are so great! (Also, my most recent appointment was during COVID's pandemic, and I appreciated the transparency of the precautions they take to keep both patients and staff as safe as possible. I checked in from my car by calling the office, and Sarah called me back when my chair was ready for me and instructed me to wear my mask. There was hand sanitizer available in every room, and everyone wore masks. There's standard questioning at the beginning to be sure you're "safe" and they take your temperature and have you swish with a hydrogen peroxide [I think] solution to minimize any germs during your appointment. There was a lot of work to do, but he made it absolutely stress-free working on my fillings and crowns. After he left the dental clinic that he was working at and until he opened his own practice I remained completely dentist-less. I did go to a dentist once but it was a mediocre experience, and I would never go there again. Couple months later I found Dr. Yazdan's clinic on Google Maps and was so relieved that my dentist problems are over! Even though he is located way further from me than the clinic he used to work at, I'd rather drive to his clinic than go to somebody I don't trust. I've already had my first appointment at Yazdan Family Dentistry and was quite impressed! Being his patient, you do feel like family!

They both travel to Guatemala and provide free dental care to the Mayan people way back in the hills. These people are desperately poor and they are a full day's walk away from any dental Care. Imagine that you or your child had a horrific toothache and needed to have a tooth pulled and were faced with a full day's walk. And there's no Holiday inn waiting at the end of the rainbow either. This charity for years now has been providing fluoride in the water of the Mayan people to prevent the problems necessitating dental Care. They've had much success and can see the improvement year-to-year in the teeth of the patients they do see. 100% of the money to support this fluoride charity goes to the purchase of the fluoride. There are no administration fees or golden parachutes for the people who run the Charity. I couldn't have been more pleased with what I discovered. Dr. Mohomed and staff were extrordinarily welcoming and accommodating. They treated my mother like she was their own. Unfortunately, before the final dentures were complete, COVID happened. In addition, my mother fell and shattered her femur, ending up in a nursing home/rehab and unable to travel to the dentist for the fitting. In one of the most selfless and compassionate acts I have seen of a medical professional, Dr. Mohomed drove to my mother's nursing home after hours to fit her dentures in her bed. She then returned to her practice to make a final adjustment before taking them back to my mother -- again personally. What a relief to my mother -- Dr. Mohomed's selfless act relieved some of the strain of my mother's difficult recovery by allowing her to eat normally again. Witnessing Dr. Mohomed's skill and compassion convinced me to switch dentists as well. I have been a patient of GGDC for years since. I will also add from personal experience that in addition to being an amazing human being, Dr. Mohomed is skilled in performing complex dental procedures. Further, her hygenist is THE most thorough in my 60+ years of dental care. Her work is simply meticulous, and never rushed! I hear people say they are scared to go to the dentist and I never understood why...I love it. I love the staff and the dentist. Whenever I have a question, everyone is happy to help with an answer. I recommend Dr. Dargan and Miller's office to everyone I know. I drive almost an hour to see Dr. Miller now that I have moved so that itself should speak volumes. My parents are patients of Dr. Miller as well and he always asks about them. It isn't a huge stretch, but it's in the little things that make the difference for me.

Wonderful, wonderful place. Just moved to the area about a month ago, and this is the first dentist…read moreI found doing a google search for dentists in the area. I walked in to an absolutely beautiful waiting room (and building!), and was welcomed with a warm smile and a 'good morning!' I filled out my paperwork, and was still back to the chair within 5 minutes of my appointment time. There was no waiting afterward, either. I sat right down in the chair, got straight to x-rays, cleaning, and a routine exam. They did their work quickly and expertly, and all employees (including Doc) were extremely friendly, and had quick answers to all my questions. They do not use the silver filling product, as was the norm in the 80s and 90s, so you might want to make sure your insurance covers the white, tooth colored, filling product. If it doesn't, the bill is a bit higher, but it's worth it to not have a cavity filled with bright silver! Even if your insurance doesn't cover the white filling material, the bill is still very, very reasonable. This is not a laser dentist, he still uses the drill - so if you don't like the drill, you'll need to go elsewhere. Honestly, though, the drill is worth the level of service you recieve here. They make you feel like family, and the entire experience was very comfortable, which is rare considering it IS a dentist!
