The young lady at the window was efficient. All four of us had no problem exchanging US currency for Mexican pesos. I think we got around 17 pesos per $1 US. It was a fair rate and very convenient!

They were never told they needed a confirmation number. Later, they were billed for January and February. The agency refused to help and kept redirecting them. Covered California said the agency needed to report it as an administrative error, but Lupita claimed she called and didn't follow through. Now my parents are stuck with charges they shouldn't owe. Very misleading and frustrating experience.
