From helping with my…read moreacne wayy back then, to now helping me post partum -- I can't be happier with the care and services here. Dr P is very approachable and listens to concerns without pushing crazy expensive products ( unless ofc that's what you want). They provide discounts on items purchased on certain days of the week as well as Botox at their winter park location. I've been following up yearly for skin cancer checks and they are very thorough!

I went in because I have a deep line between my eyes that does not go away. I specifically asked about fillers, but instead Dr. P recommended Botox and assured me it would fix the issue. I paid for the Botox treatment, but it only lasted about a month and the line quickly came back. What was even more disappointing was the recommendation for a BBL treatment to remove the dark spots on my face. I trusted the advice and spent a significant amount of money on this treatment, but my dark spots did not improve at all. After the treatment, when I sent photos to the office showing that nothing had changed, I was told that I would need additional treatments that were never mentioned during my initial consultation, and those treatments would cost even more money. I felt misled and extremely frustrated. I spent a lot of money based on their recommendations and saw no real results. Instead of addressing the problem, the solution seemed to be recommending more expensive treatments. That experience felt very disappointing and unprofessional.

I have been a patient at Reflections Dermatology for many different services over the years,…read moreincluding Dysport, discoloration treatments, spot removal surgery, and laser treatments. I trusted this place and spent a significant amount of money there, which makes this experience even more disappointing. When I went in for my first laser hair removal appointment, I specifically asked about the price beforehand. I was told it was about $400 for the two areas I wanted treated, and when I asked how many sessions that covered, I was told up to 10 sessions. Even the receipt listed the price by "area," not per session, which made it sound like the price was for treating those areas rather than a single treatment. During the appointment, I even made a comment to the technician saying "That's really expensive if I have to pay that every time." She proceeded with the service without clarifying that the price was per session, which led me to believe the price was for the treatment of the area overall. When I came back for my second session, I was shocked to be charged the same $400 again. I spoke to the manager explaining that the pricing had been miscommunicated to me, but they refused to take any responsibility or offer any type of refund. Instead, the manager made me feel like I was lying and insisted their technicians are "very well trained" in explaining pricing. I asked many questions before starting because I wanted to be clear about the cost, and the information given to me was not clear at all. This was especially frustrating considering how much money I've already spent at this practice over the years. To make matters worse, years ago I had a spot removed on my leg there, and the surgery resulted in permanent bruising on my lower leg. I went through multiple treatments with them to try to fix the damage, and eventually they wanted to charge me $500 per laser session to correct the issue they created. After already spending so much money, I refused and am now left with a permanent mark on my leg. I originally went there to improve my skin and feel more confident, but instead my leg was left worse than before. Between the lack of transparency with pricing, extremely high costs, and poor accountability, I cannot recommend this place. Unless you are extremely wealthy and don't care about pricing transparency, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

The front office clerk was one of the nicest humans I have ever met. About 7 minutes after my appointment I heard her asking if anyone from my doctor's team was available because I had been waiting. They did come about 5 minutes after so I appreciated her keeping on top of it!! My exam went smoothly and I felt comfortable the entire time. They have 2 people in the room to ensure exams are done correctly. Parking is free in the lot of the building - behind the building is pay so make sure you go in the garage. :)

Warning others about my personal experience at Dr. Knight's dermatology clinic…read more On June 20, 2023, I received punch biopsies performed by Dr. Cooduvalli at this clinic. Despite expressing clear concern about scarring--which was noted in my medical record--the procedure left permanent scars on my upper arm and abdomen. The pathology report listed the biopsy site as my thigh, but no procedure occurred there. Biopsies were done in different locations, and I was not offered other options such as a shave biopsy which could have been more appropriate given my concerns about scarring. I had no history of melanoma or skin cancer, nor any family history of it, as noted in the medical report. Despite this, punch biopsies were still performed on visible areas that have now resulted in permanent scars. I was offered treatments of IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) to lighten the scars, but it did little to improve the appearance of the scar tissue. Despite this treatment, my scars remain visible and permanent. I am very self-conscious about these scars, especially since they are in noticeable areas on my body. Had I not solely based my decision on glowing reviews and instead trusted my instincts, I may have saved myself from the nightmare I had to endure. I observed no clear oversight during my visit, and I later learned that Dr. Cooduvalli was no longer with the clinic. I've since filed a formal report with the medical board and am consulting with another specialist for further treatment. Now, I have to spend more money elsewhere to have this fixed. Everyone's experience may differ, but I encourage patients to ask detailed questions and advocate for their concerns before proceeding with any procedure. Please see photos below. ** The mole on my upper arm was not completely removed, according to multiple second opinions. It's frustrating that such a large piece was taken out of my arm, yet the mole remains.*** I'm seriously considering contacting Channel 9 News to bring attention to my experience--others should be fully informed when choosing a provider.

Since Sept was the earliest to see the highly rated Dr Wit (and it's March as I write the review), I gladly accepted a next day appointment with an available PA, Annie Cabrera, PA-C. Ms. Cabrera conducted the scan with professionalism yet putting me at ease with her smile and explanations and names of the different types of skin abnormalities. Thoroughness and a ready willingness to answer questions also added to my comfortability. The office is located in a house-like building that is modern on the inside as well as outside. A dedicated parking lot is located directly across the street, which is necessary since the street is narrow and The Park School is nearby. Check-in for my appointment was easy as was paying my co-payment. I plan on returning next year.

He was able to see, and treat me in the same appointment, which was nice. Opposed to having 1 item removed, it ended up being three, with a bunch of spots being frozen. Anesthetic worked perfectly. I asked if he was cutting or just swabbing with alcohol (top of my head, so I couldn't see), I was told this was cutting. Wow, didn't feel a thing. Literally. Well, they did not disappoint. Upon my arrival I was ignored by the front desk receptionist, except for a dirty look from the receptionist because the door slammed, which was an accident. When the receptionist finally decided to get out of her chair, and check the sign-in sheet, I had already sat down, and then she called me back up (I have 2 artificial hips, so getting around can be difficult) and asked for my cards. I told her I was waiting on my physical card, but I had a picture of it, if that was ok. She was hateful and told me no, I'd have to email it, WHICH WAS WHAT I WAS ASKING. From there she became very combative, and I advocated for myself, while trying to comply with her directions, despite being treated like a dog. Additionally, I had an appointment for 915am, and another patient, who had an appointment at 930am was taken back before, me as well as other patients that came in after me, whose appointments were scheduled later. I wouldn't be surprised if that was due to the receptionist. After making me get up and down several times for my cards, and paperwork, after I advised that I had artificial hips and I was having difficulty, another woman, who could barely speak English came out, and told me they would not be treating me, and didn't give me a reason why. After the way I was treated by the receptionist, I was already contemplating leaving because this was not the way to start new treatment with a new doctor. So, instead of arguing, I just left. They clearly cater to the elective patients in Winter Park, and don't really care about the medically needy patients, or the hypocritic oath that the providers take when they get their license. Judging by the prior review, I'm not the only one to have this kind of experience, and I'm sure the positive reviews are the staff trying to CYA. Again, This practice is in an upscale part of town, and clearly caters to its elective procedure patients, and treats its actual medical patients like garbage.
