We went to check on it and found that our depth finder was smashed against a rail on their trailer, as we chose pick up and delivery. Then when we got out boat back, the seat cover looked like they just ripped it out of snap.They also installed the incorrect underwater lights, even after I told them in an email on a phone call, and on a list which ones we wanted. We have been trying for over a week now that the one of the owners call us to discuss our issues... NO RESPONSE FROM THEM AT ALL! SERVICE AND RESPONSE AFTER BUYING THE BOAT IS TERRIBLE. He said to bring in and after many calls and weeks of waiting "because they couldn't get axels" and they were replacing wheels and tires too, the trailer was picked up. When I put the boat back on the trailer there were two flat tires. Took trailer to trailer repair and was told I needed axles, tires because the ones on trailer were dry rotted , hubs all the things Sunray was supposed to fix. When I called I was told they never said they were going to fix the trailer. Not true Also when we looked at boat it had a nice steering knob. I wanted it back , but they never called back. Not happy with Sunray!

Anyone who owns a boat will understand: our boat would NOT start. Our "vacation" was in serious jeopardy. While I was bust trying to get it started, my wife called several places. ("Sorry..." "Booked solid...") No Joy... Finally, she called Tampa Boat Repair. It turned out that they were located about 5-minutes from where we were staying. However, It was the day before Thanksgiving, and it was about 3PM... Ronnie was finishing a job in north Tampa, but he agreed to meet me on his way home... Did I mention that they are a mobile service...? He met me at our boat, performed several diagnostic tests, pulled the front of the engine cover, and found a fouled carb. 10-minutes later, we were back in business...! I eagerly paid his (modest) fee with a generous tip. I wish i could offer more than just a five-star rating for Ronnie's responsiveness and accommodation. In short, he saved our vacation.
