The owner was a lovely woman who had owned this spa for quite some time. The salt room, being that it's incredibly hygienic, allowed dogs! She was so fun and energetic, it was really contagious. She helped us sample some amazing scents and facial sprays, I could truly feel the essence of how magical this place was. She helped me pick out a hat made by Anahata, showed me how it was adjustable to fit just right. It's rare to come by this level of customer service anywhere and I just truly valued the entire experience! JJ was a natural at making our experience feel special.
