I really don't like the people who own this building. In fact, there are no people other than the…read moreover-worked woman/women at the counter who, I think, are afraid of being spied on by the management if you make an inquiry at 5:45pm. This building is not user-friendly. For example, there is no place for any sort of trash other than the bathroom. No dumpster, no nothing. In the winter, the lowest floor is "officially" kept at 50 degrees and the ground and upper floors are kept at 55 degrees. You have to wear winter clothing to be in your storage space for other than a few minutes.. even if it sunny and warm outside. When the seasons change, they are slow to respond to the changes. This second summer, it was 84 degrees until finally the robot changed the temp. It is as if some budget-based robot is scrimping pennies. Once it really becomes summer do they "condition the environment." There's no paper towels in the bathrooms--just a crappy air blower to remind you not to wash your hands in the first place. I guess we should be thankful there is some sort of bathroom. I do not understand why there is no regard for human beings in this place. Yes, we are storing boxes of books, etc.. but you can freeze your ass off in the winter months. On the other hand, the place is clean and lighting is good.. No telling how much these people make each month.. seems there could be a bit of a regard for the paying customer.

Felipe has worked at this company for 25 YEARS!!!! They did an excellent job protecting my furniture with blankets. They packed the van like pros. They were very fast, no fooling around, when straight to business and didn't stop until everything was 100% complete. The truth is they took advantage of an elderly couple. Shame on her. She showed up to try and fix badly damaged new furniture with wipes and a sharpie since she refused to have it repaired properly (it never was and I have plenty of pictures of the extent of the damage to back up my side). Her supposed crew was made up of guys who had never moved a piece of furniture in their lives (they told me as much) and one quit the next day. My wife and I had to help move boxes and furniture out of the truck ourselves until past midnight! The so-called luxury suite they parents stayed in for the night, was a basic room at the Element hotel (fine, but not what she calls a luxury suite! nor did the request anything more than a place to sleep since the bed had not been moved in by midnight), which was necessitated since they promised to have everything moved in and set up on the day of the move and did not. Were my 90 year old parents supposed to sleep on the couch? It was a problem of the moving company's own making since they showed up more than five hours late to the move. Her sentimental and caring sounding language is an insult to read, especially since she refused to answer any call ever (from my parents and myself) to discuss the problems. No apology ever. If you are considering using this unethical company then I urge you to go by the address and witness what a dirty and disgusting place it is and ask yourself if you trust them for your move (again, I have pictures I'd gladly share). Don't expect to be welcomed there (I actually have video of the encounter I had there of employees who themselves were very critical of the business and Sharon and Stuart). Why is it that years later she responds to a review as if it was yesterday and as if she remembers so many details? She has simply disregarded the ugly truth and made up a story in order to try and save what is clearly a dying business. Note that there is NO positive review in the last seven years. Again, buyer beware and stay far away from this unscrupulous business.
