I received a call the day before my appt from Patty that there was an opening. Due to another appt., I arrived 90 minutes before my scheduled appt. The staff was so efficient, kind and compassionate. Patty got me checked in right away and Megan (assistant) came and started my appt. Megan explained everything as we went along. Dr. Jespersen was kind, calm and thorough.
