(Frankly, getting a call back from any handyman/contractor is 1/2 the battle) I needed part of an old bay window replaced. His insights proved he knew what he was doing. He asked me if I wanted to get the supplies or if I wanted him to do that. And then he share details about the options, and let me decide. Yes! Include me in the decision, not just decided for me. He was timely in doing the repair, showed up when he said he would be there. It took longer than he planned but no extra charge. He also noticed and took care of little extras, no charge. He just likes to do a good job. Reasonable prices, excellent craftsmanship, integrity and a "can-do" attitude. Just what I needed! I have already hired him on for two other projects.

My first trip Steve greeted me as I walked in and asked what I needed. When I told him he walked me to the appropriate area and started going over my options. He needed some time to cut the shelves and rods and called me once they were completed. My husband went and picked up the materials and said Steve had everything ready to go, including the star bit we needed to go with the screws. This place will be our first local stop whenever we do home remodeling!
