Stress level now 1000% until we called Kristin, our amazing Famer's agent.  Kristin was immediately on it! Simple as logging onto the site, taking a picture of the damage and soon a adjuster was available to determine the next steps, while we sat at the pool!  Now mind you, we have to get the repair done within 5 days so we can unfortunately drive back home from Florida to Michigan. No problem Kristin, got us the body shop appointment and timing we needed, the accident forgiveness so our rates didn't rise, a rental so we weren't inconvenienced while on vacation. A high quality repair was done and when we needed it so we could leave the warmth of Florida for the lets say, not so nice Michigan April weather and trip home.   All I can say is Kristin and Farmers, the best service I've found anywhere, and thank you, thank you, thank you Kristin.
