I've been using security finance x multiple years n always has the same manager n assist mgr. recently past yr the mgr left n he was good to work with. The assist mgr was ok but she always has this mannerism about her as if she were in control n she made me feel I had no way in a few things that were never her decision so after dealing with this over a year approx I reached out to the corporate branch who responded quickly n I received a call from the regional mgr who contacted the sister com n she set up everything n told me who to speak with n also gave me all the contacts at the new place. I told the reg mgr that a few things upset me about my loans is I informed the new mgr not to list my car as collateral but she did anyways without my consent as well as she made a loan to a family member whom I knew nothing about but when the note wasn't paid she started contacting myself n my 80 yr old mother who tried to help pay some on bill but was charged a40 dollars late fee charge n when my mom inquired about it she said she could do nothing as it was late so my mother told her she nor I could pay anything else unless she could promise no late fees as this was not our bill n we r on limited income. She also listed my sister on my account because I had my sister pay off my debt early last year as we have a joint acct. so the mgr decided to keep her name on my file even though I pay my bills. When I transferred my account I explained all of this to the regional mgr who said none of this should have taken place. She removed my sister from my acct n removed the late fees from the family members acct. n told me nothing was ever brought to her attention about the late fee removal that should have been done. She promised me we would never be notified again about that debt. I informed her that my mom has paid 100 n I had paid 75 I believe or maybe a little less. But in that amount was about approx 60 plus in late fees. The regional manager is awesome n handled everything with quickness n thoroughness n was super supportive n very accommodating. I'm very glad to know my rights are still respected n I'm supported. Thank you for sunbelt n the regional mgr for security /sunbelt credit. The three star should be a five star for the regional mgr n sunbelt but this is for security finance n how I was treated even as a long time customer n client. read more
