I made an appointment online on the day of, which was super simple, and it told me who my 'tax professional' would be and gave me a confirmation number. In retrospect I wouldn't have needed the appointment since the place was pretty much empty. The little office is tucked in a shopping plaza on Hillsboro, I'd never realized it was there before. I got there a few minutes early and my 'tax professional' was ready for me. She talked through all my questions and did the return right in front of me in record time. Everyone in the office was friendly and I was in and out before my lunch hour was over. When I have a simple return next year I'll go back to some free Turbo Tax or something, but it wasn't terrible for this year's situation.

I contacted Mr. Royce Williams office to let them know that I had changed banks and that they needed to stop drafting my old account. That didn't occur, and they over-drafted a closed account which caused all sorts of issues. Then, after I informed Mr. Royce Williams that I would be going to a new insurance agency, he didn't cancel the insurance policy which resulted in an invoice being created while I had insurance with another insurance company. Mr. Royce Williams refused to delete that particular invoice after I had proven that I had another insurance company covering me during the time period he billed me for. (double coverage) I paid the invoice so that I didn't continue to get bills from Mr. Royce Williams' office, but I certainly should not have been billed for insurance I had already canceled. I would suggest picking a different insurance agent other than Mr. Royce Williams, just in case any kind of issue ever needs resolving.
