    I have been coming here since 2017' 6 loans and only 3 days late in total. I have sat, talked, and…read moremet with everyone there but when I met Sabrina Cornell I realized this place has changed. On Sept.19th at 12:38 am I called Sabrina saying I am not getting notices is my loan due? She said its 32 days late, wow I was shocked. I had been receiving a lot of calls and each time I went straight to my app no new messages, I have used only the app for 7 years. I was getting the warning calls but I had just paid $5,800 on a $6,000 loan last payment and I always get calls asking me if I want to re-borrow the money so I was not needing to answer. The calls did get numerous and with each call, I went to my app and nope no request for payment. The last few calls I knew something was not right but it did not dawn on me I was only looking at the all-mighty app. I explained to Sabrina and she said pay with the app or come by. I go to make the payment on yes the app. I could not login, and forgot my password did not work I called and finally found my account is locked no way to pay with the app. Ok so I had arranged to pay at the office it had to be paid that day but can't do that either the truck was not in my driveway it had been towed and there were still 1.5 hours left before they closed. I would just say you know I was late that's fine but Sabrina knew I was going to pay that day as we agreed. When I met her there she was saying " That's why you needed to call me, what? we spoke earlier that day and it still got towed. She seemed to enjoy the entire process of what I was unfortunately going through. I asked her what happened to the app, and why I was locked out but she never answered. She said earlier that I opted out to get text messages, which I did not. While I was there she did not see me as a human being she just happily went through all the bad things that were going to happen to me to get my truck out. When I was sitting there a lady called in because she was 9 days late Sabrina told her, you know I can have your car towed on the first day. She seems to like wielding her power. Horrible person and when I found out Sabrina was the general manager? Wow, think about it all the workers do what she says. You can't put someone, especially at the top who is so grossly incompetent and so detached that they can't help or serve their customers who are trying to pay.
