Instead of her admitting she could possibly made a mistake, that she got involve in discussion of my x-rays and forgot to check and went to her next appointment, she said, I would never skip that and acted very unprofessional. A person knows when someone pulls out your tongue to look under it for cancer or lifts your lips back to check gums. She did neither but denied it and instead of offering to check it, she got all bent out of shape and offended. Telling friends/neighbors/family to definitely beware of two sides of this dentist/office practices.

She was very attentive to him being a toddler but most importantly with patience, was able to clean all of the staining; an arduous task out last hygienist was unable to accomplish so big props to Bethany! Furthermore, she asked about our use of fluoride, which we avoid for personal reasons and she was respectful of that. It's obvious the business is grounded on top notch patient relationships and they strive towards excellence. I visited them for a filling replacement, cleaning, and checkup. The staff are very friendly and courteous, creating a relaxed atmosphere from the start. I got the impression that everyone loves their job and people, which really makes a difference in setting the tone for care that can cause anxiety for some. As for the actual services, the staff are efficient, considerate, and effective. They frequently checked on me to ensure I didn't need a break or suction during procedures and ensured that I was fully numbed. These sound like obvious actions, but as someone who has moved a lot and received dental care across the spectrum of quality I can attest that's not always the case. Their site also appeared to have new or current dental technology. I learned by discussing their machine that crowns can be 3D printed now. Finally, the staff offered excellent and pointed dental care advice based on my specific needs. I highly recommend Dental 32 and they will be my go-to for dental services going forward. I had a crown that I received from another dentist many years ago replaced today. I was expecting to have the crown removed, have an impression made, have a temporary crown installed and repeat the process once the permanent crown came back from the lab. I went here for a few years and got all of my regular cleanings. It wasn't the best dental care…read moreI've ever received, but it was acceptable. I wondered why certain preventative measures weren't taken or even brought up in certain areas, but my biggest issue was with how they handled an issue with insurance and an unknown outstanding bill. My insurance was about to end, so I called to schedule the final appointment. I checked while making the appointment that the policy would cover the procedure. They looked into everything and said that it would. I went to the appointment, got my cleaning, and checked out without any issues. Many months later, I received a voicemail saying they were about to send my outstanding bill to a collection agency. After calling them back, I learned that I had not received any of the notices about the outstanding bill, because they put the wrong name on all of the mail sent out and were calling the wrong phone number (an ex on the account). They also informed me that I had to pay the full cost of the last visit, because insurance didn't cover it (even though they said there were no issues when I checked out). I wasn't happy, but I paid the outstanding balance in full during that phone call. The next time I called to schedule an appointment, they refused to schedule me. They said accounts that get sent to collections can't book future appointments. I told them my account never got sent to collections and that I paid them the full amount over the phone and had the receipt. They finally acknowledged it was not sent to a collection agency but continued to say they couldn't schedule me. They took no accountability for the balance remaining unpaid for so long due to their errors (sending notices through the mail with the incorrect name and calling the wrong phone number). I am thankful they found my actual phone number before sending the bill to collections. That would have been a much larger annoyance brought on by their mismanagement. I'm perfectly fine with going to a different dentist, especially after this experience.
