The staffs are friendly and nice to talk to but be careful though, when they said all parts are from China it might mean the low quality that's made in China, so ask carefully. Also try checking the seals of every products from them. If there's no place where it's made, it's probably from China. I don't know about their other products though, but that's just my experience with them. Their nice to talk to but... Be warned.
