This review comes with a caution. Even though I give an outstanding remark with five stars,I do hesitate, thus the caution, as my situation is still playing out. Had I valued this review for SecureCare prior it would have come with a one or less. To avoid a lengthly detailed laundry list of my prior upsets, most due to an improperly signed lease and a former employee who attempted to hide belongings not their own, I'd rather share the positive I experienced instead.
Being a business owner locally for a few years I have witnessed and come to strongly believe in the fact that no matter how good everyone's intentions may be, it doesn't protect anyone from the law known to Murphy's that something and sometimes every thing still could, and many times does go wrong. However, it is in these situations when the true heart and nature of a business displays it's true colors. This can many times be wrongly lead by greed at its wheel, which results is the most negative light possible. However, there are those few businesses, usually the management or employee who do not focus on their bottom line and truly enacts the more moral or right decision making when providing service to a client. It's easy to do things right, but what's difficult is accepting a mistake when it occurs, and then correcting it. When trusting making the correct choice and doing so, far out weights a dollar and some change being saved by not.
I found a wonderful wonderful woman (k. Ritz) who in my book went above and beyond by helping me, a former injured USAF Cap. just released from 6 months of medical treatment and hospitalization be allowed to retain and re-acquire my and my families personal belongings that another made an attempt to obtain and keep from us. Had Miss Ritz followed what the law could of allowed by liquidating these items for pennies on the dollar or to someone out to purchase and seeing no valve in most of what the locker contained would have been a tragedy to not just myself but an upset that could have not been mendable on many levels. What this manager, Miss Ritz did however, that I found so gracious and outstanding was simply listen to logic, put the client before profit, made a fair assessment of the situation which included my participation and literally saved the day. Not just the day for me and my families interest, but I will and do gladly share a 5 star review in reflection of my experience, but will also steer any and all referrals I often make to others when In search of doing business with those doing good business in town. My loyalty and recommendation will always be to Sue and Ben at SecureCare. I myself have searched long and hard to find exemplary individuals in life, and when I do I enjoy keeping hold of them in any capacity possible. Thank you Sue very much for your display of humanness and goodness this world needs more of. read more
