When the refrigerator stopped working, no electricity in the kitchen, heating unit stopped blowing hot air and then to top it all off the plumbing was backing up in the bathtub he wouldn't take our calls. This all happened on the FIRST day of moving in. When we finally talked with him, he didn't appreciate the fact we disturbed weekend. It didn't matter what we were going through at the time. He wanted to look at the house before he would refund our money, then when we where out he was suppose to meet us and guess what he was taking a nap. Of couse, we were the terrible people in his eyes!
